Box Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Box Add-On

The Hatgoods Premium Gift Box (৳50) is a paid packaging option available at checkout. It is a presentation box only — it does not contain any additional products, free caps, or complimentary items. The gift box is charged separately from your cap order and is not included in any promotional offer.

2. Non-Refundable Add-On

Once an order containing a gift box is placed, the ৳50 gift box fee is non-refundable. If you wish to remove the gift box before your order is processed, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at service@hatgoods.com.

3. Gift Box Quantity

Our gift box widget adds one (1) box per selection. If you require more than one gift box, please add them manually by selecting the option again. Each box is charged at ৳50. We do not automatically match the number of caps in your order.

4. Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offer

The Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) promotion applies to eligible caps only. The gift box is not part of this offer and will be charged at ৳30 regardless of any active discount or promotion. The free cap discount is applied automatically at checkout on the lowest-priced eligible item.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once an order is packed, we are unable to cancel it.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Caps may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Gift boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Hatgoods reserves the right to change product prices, add-on fees, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time of your order will be the price charged.

8. Delivery

Hatgoods delivers within Bangladesh via our courier partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, weather, or high demand. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the order has been dispatched.

9. Changes to These Terms

Hatgoods reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
