Business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Use this number to track your delivery in real time.
You can also check your order status by logging into your account at shop.hatgoods.com/account.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage — stay tuned.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again the following business day. After two failed attempts, your order will be held at the courier depot for 3 days.
If the order is not collected within that time, it will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee will apply for orders that need to be resent.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
