How we work
Small team, real ownership. Nobody here does one narrow thing — you'll ship work that customers see the same week. Quality over noise. We'd rather do fewer things at a high standard than everything at half-speed. Customers first, always. From the stitching on a brim to a delivery call, the person wearing the cap is the point.

Own our customer conversations across Facebook, WhatsApp, and email — order help, delivery coordination, and turning first-time buyers into regulars. Fluent Bangla and English, patience, and genuine care required.
Content & Social Media Creator

Shoot, edit, and post the content that makes people stop scrolling — product photography, reels, and campaign creatives for Facebook and Instagram. Show us your portfolio; that matters more than your CV.
E-commerce Operations Associate

Keep the machine running — inventory, order processing, courier handover (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX), and returns. Organized, reliable, comfortable with spreadsheets and Shopify.
