All products determined by Hatgoods to be defective in manufacturing or materials may be exchanged within 365 days of the date of purchase, when accompanied by your order number, original invoice, or digital receipt.

What's covered

Defects in stitching, crown structure, brim shape, snapback closures, eyelets, and patch or embroidery workmanship. If it fails on us within the first year, we'll exchange it — simple as that.

What's not covered

The Hatgoods guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear, fading from sun or washing, or damage caused by improper use, alterations, or accidents.

Where it applies

Items must have been purchased directly from shop.hatgoods.com or a Hatgoods authorized reseller. Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered under the Hatgoods manufacturer guarantee.

How to claim

Message us on our support channels or reply to your order confirmation with your order number and a photo of the defect. Once verified, we'll arrange the exchange — courier pickup available across Bangladesh.
