All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We do not guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods available through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully processed. This email does not constitute our acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are for guidance only — we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@hatgoods.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Our Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) promotion is subject to the following conditions:

• The free cap must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased cap
• One free cap per order only
• Only caps tagged as eligible in the B1G1 drawer qualify
• Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions
• Hatgoods reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time

Abuse of this offer, including fraudulent orders, will result in cancellation of the order and potential account suspension.
