What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all caps in original, unworn condition. Contact us at service@hatgoods.com and we'll sort it out promptly.
How much does delivery cost?
Inside Dhaka: ৳80. Outside Dhaka: ৳100–150. Free delivery on orders above ৳1,000.
How long does shipping take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide across Bangladesh. International shipping is coming soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing. Contact us at service@hatgoods.com immediately if you need changes.

What cap sizes do you carry?
Most caps are adjustable (one size fits all). Specific sizes are listed on the product page with a size guide.
Are your caps authentic?
100% authentic. We source directly from brands and authorised distributors. Every cap comes with authenticity guaranteed.
How do I care for my cap?
Hand wash only with cold water and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited edition. For popular styles, we do restock periodically. Follow us on Instagram for restock alerts!

Do you have a physical store?
We're currently an online-only store. Follow us on social media for updates on pop-up events or store openings!
Do you sell wholesale or bulk?
Yes! Email us at service@hatgoods.com with your requirements and we'll get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Are your products made in Bangladesh?
We source caps from both local and international brands, curated for quality and style. Each product page shows brand and origin details.
